General Sales Conditions

 1.     Terminology
The term “HAP” hereafter used in these General Sales Conditions (hereafter GSC) includes HAP Global Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore (ACRA 200702434R) and all its subsidiaries or affiliated companies. Any term like Trademark, Brand, Product, Website, Document, etc. are generic and cover in its entirety the business activities of HAP.

2.     GSC
Please read these GSC carefully before using HAP website and placing any order online. When using particular features and services on the HAP website, you will be subject to HAP guidelines and rules applicable to such features and services, all of which are incorporated herein for reference. Your use of HAP website and the online ordering system is expressly conditioned upon your acceptance of the following GSC. By using the HAP website, you therefore signify your agreement to these GSC. If you do not agree with any part of the following GSC, you should not use HAP website and not place online orders.

3.     Termination of the GSC
HAP reserves the right to terminate these GSC or any of its items and/or modify or eliminate any element of the content of the website and the offers without prior written notice. The provisions relating to Copyrights and Trademarks, Disclaimers, Claims, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Applicable Laws, Arbitration and General, shall survive any termination.

4.     Copyright and Trademarks
The entire content of HAP website is protected by Singapore copyright and is the property of HAP. Therefore, unless otherwise specified herein, the content of the pages of the HAP website including the Trademarks, Trade Names, and Logos may not be reproduced in whole or in part in any material form (including photocopying or storing it in any medium by electronic means) without the prior written consent of HAP.


However you may display and electronically copy, download and print hard copy portions of the material from the different areas of the website solely for your own non-commercial use, or for the purpose of placing an order with HAP or purchasing HAP products.

5.     Online Orders

a.       Selected Items
HAP reserves the right to sell only selected items through the website. These items may benefit from a price structure that could result from a promotion exclusively available on the website. Promotions cannot be combined with any other offers, bonuses, and coupons that are not valid with Internet orders.

We endeavour to display the colours, description, and packaging of our products as accurately as possible. Nevertheless, as the actual colours you see will depend on the screen of your computer or device, we cannot guarantee that what you view through your screen will accurately reflect the true nature of our product.

b.       Purchasing Currency
Please note purchasing currency is SGD – all other currencies can be used as a guide only.

c.      Information Collection
We respect your privacy. The purchase process requires you to provide us your billing and shipping addresses, email address, and credit card information to allow us to process and fulfil purchase instructions, as well as to contact you for status updates and service-related information. By placing an order online using the website forms, you are responsible of the veracity of all information supplied. With your permission, we would like to send you our email newsletter and information such as promotions. By placing your order, you authorise us to do so unless you specifically request us to refrain from using your email address for purposes other than processing your order.

d.       Order Acceptance
HAP will only accept orders prepaid with one of the options offered by the website online ordering form(s). Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Orders wrongly processed with payment information will be refused. Additionally, we reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or for no reason at all. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any product.

e.      Order Verification
In order to protect you and HAP from fraudulent transactions, HAP may provide your transaction-related information to a reputable third-party organisation to perform address and credit verification. This address verification is intended to ensure that the "bill to" address that you provide matches your credit card address. HAP also reserves the right not to ship items ordered or purchased on the website to certain addresses, at its discretion. In the event that HAP chooses not to ship an item, you will be notified.

f.      Order Shipping and GST
Prices displayed on the website are not inclusive of the SGD5 fixed delivery fee. Orders from customers outside of Singapore will incur a shipping charge. Overseas orders will be delivered by a reliable courier service provider. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for order processing and shipping.
Any customs duty/tax arising out of shipment will have to be borne by the customer. HAP is not responsible for item returned or notified as unclaimed. Customers must also pay an additional 5% of the purchased value of the item, for handling and administration charges for items to be claimed by HAP before resending. Customers must also pay for additional shipping charges for items that are to be re-sent.

g.        Backorders
Backordered merchandise includes items that are not currently in stock. HAP will make every effort to get the item(s) back in stock as soon as possible. If we haven't been able to ship the item(s) to you in 30 days, an order status email will be sent to you. If, for any reason, we determine that a backordered item is no longer available, we will cancel the item from your order, return the payment to you and notify you via email.

6.     Warranty and Returns
Your satisfaction is our priority. Returns must be done within 14 days from the date of our shipment to you. You may return any of our products, with your receipt, for a merchandise exchange, credit, or a full refund of the purchase price (minus Discount Points, value of gifts, shipping and handling charges). However, we run random verification of returns and therefore our acceptance of the return may be subject to verification of your claim. Your claim cannot be based on comparing the effectiveness of HAP products to the effectiveness of other products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund of the purchase price (minus Discount Points and value of gifts) after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement of such damaged or defective shipments. Discount Points will be forfeited and are not refundable for any product return or exchange. 7.     Applicable Law
These GSC are governed by the Singapore law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these GSC or your access or use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore.

8.     Arbitration
Should any differences arise between the parties resulting from the creation or interpretation of the GSC or execution, termination or cancellation of an online sale, an attempt will be made to settle them out of court. If this fails, the difference will be brought before the Singapore Court considered as competent by the parties, even in the case of several defendants or an appeal for guarantees.
